New stainless steel prop shaft and cutless bearing, 3 blade fixed pitch prop. 7½ knots. 8 Berth Interior arrangement has traditional pipecot port forward with galley opposite. 2 burner and oven gas cooker, separate gas grill. Stainless steel galley sink and drainer. WC compartment port aft of pipecot and opposite galley. Forward saloon with settee / berth each side, canvas pilot berth over to starboard, with lockers and drawers port. Traditional teak gimballed table. Aft saloon with settee / berth and pilot berth each side Deck Layout Traditional teak hinging hatch forward over galley. Bottomsides and part of Topsides seams raked out, routed out to constant seam width, splines glued in to restore seam to correct width and vee. Bottomsides and part of Topsides seams re-caulked and filled. Hull top and bottomsides stripped and fully repainted Bilges cleaned, scraped and repainted Masts, Booms and Spars cleaned, hard sanded, and varnished with 4 coats. New doghouse roof made, fitted and varnished Repair to port forward corner of Coachroof Side and Front WC Unit stripped, serviced and refitted. All hull valves serviced and overhauled. Strip, service and refit manual and diaphragm type electric Bilge Pumps Renew Bilge Pump Discharge Hose. Cut back oak Stem facing to Plank Ends. Laminate and fit new Oak Stem Facing. Remove and renew bronze and stainless steel Stem Bolts. Remove rusting steel Stem / Keel Band, renew in Stainless Steel. Remove rudder and Heel Fitting, clean up and refit with new Fastenings Remove, repair and refit wood floor aft under Cockpit with new Fastenings. Clean and paint exposed sides of Sternpost Rake out and re-caulk Sternpost Seams. Calor Gas System overhauled, old Water Heater removed, CORGI certificate. Electrics had new batteries and check over to see essentials working. S-L Francis Marine Type 1000 Anchor Windlass removed, overhauled and refitted. Perkins 4.108 Engine, Hydraulic Drive, Fuel System serviced. Fresh Water System cleaned out, pump serviced. Hot Water Calorifier fitted to replace Gas Water Heater. Ruder gland overhauled and re-packed. Refit 2008 New Beta 50 HP Diesel with Vee drive Gearbox New Engine Beds to suit Engine New Stainless Steel propeller shaft and new Cutless Bearing. Sterng gland overhauled and re-packed. New Plastic Fuel Tank and copper / BS7840 Flexible Hoses New Plastic Water Tank and hoses. - New Fresh Water Pump. New Cockpit Drains and hull Valves. Cockpit Sole rebuilt with new Access Hatch to Engine (Note access also via hinging companionway steps) Hull topsides and bottomsides repainted for new season. |
